We understand that you may find with an on-line order that the style or colour of the product is not to your liking. If this happens you can return the item to us for a refund, a credit or for exchange. In such a case refunds will cover the cost of the goods ordered, but not the postage charge.
How to Return Goods
- Notify us of your intention to return the goods within three days of the arrival of your order.
- Return the goods in the same condition that they arrived in with all labels intact.
- Enclose a note with your order telling us if you would like a refund, credit or exchange.
- If you would like a refund tell us how this should be processed.
Refunds can be processed by Pay Pal, and if you did pay by this method then no card details need be sent. However, if you would like it to be paid to a different card or account, we can pay it directly into an NZ bank account (sorry, no overseas bank transfers available) or any credit card, which you will need to provide the number for.

Returns in Case of Packing Error or Faulty Product
We do endeavour to package all orders correctly and send faultless goods but we know that human error does intervene at times and we do apologise for that. When this does occur we will do everything possible to rectify the situation. We will refund in full, replace, or exchange the goods and any postage charges.
