Description

The Merino wool, possum fur and silk combined in this New Zealand made neck warmer will keep you snug, warm and cosy.

Idle for wearing at times when a scarf would be a nuisance or hazardous. Knitted in a circle with no seams, from 50% Merino wool, 40% possum fur and 10% silk.

Merino wool provides natural warmth and insulation while still allowing the skin to breathe, and possum fur is a hollow fibre that offers superior warmth and is incredibly lightweight. Silk provides additional strength and smoothness to the knit.

Available in one size only which makes this garment a wonderful gift or easy purchase for yourself.

Be sure to carefully follow the care instructions attached.

Proudly New Zealand made by Koru.

    Not as pictured

In the picture the neck warmer drapes loosely around her neck which is what I wanted as I don’t like things too tight The real thing is much smaller and sits upright so not what I was hoping for at all. Not sure I will actually wear it

    Koru Neck Warmers

Published by Helen Snape on 25th Jan 2018

Quite disappointed in the size and edge finish on the two neck warmers I purchased. To get a better, more useful item I was thinking of sewing the two together and hiding the edges within the seams. An expensive way to get an effective neckwarmer for our trip to Alaska. If I did this it means my husband would be without a neckwarmer as I originally bought the two, one for each of us.

    Size is Important

I had a very similar neck warmer purchased some years ago from the Tin Shed and was at least three times the size of this one so was a little disappointed when it turned up still very good quality, but certainly not something I would rely on to keep the cold out when out doors, its more for decoration I think with a little bit of warmth around the neck.
