Order Processing

Please allow up to 3 days for order processing. This allows for processing, packaging and forwarding on to the rural mail despatch system under which we operate.

 
Post and Delivery within New Zealand

We post out our orders using Parcel Post which usually takes 2-3 days to reach their destination. Orders will take longer if an item is out of stock and has to be ordered. If your order is required urgently, please let us know as we can post your goods by NZ Post overnight courier. Standard courier charges apply to this service.

 
Post and Delivery Outside of New Zealand

Our orders are posted using New Zealand Post’s Air Post International service. This service is prompt and reliable with door to door delivery. Orders will be delivered to most destinations around the world within 7-12 days from despatch. However your order will take longer if an item you require is out of stock.

 
International Express Service for Urgent Orders

If an order is required urgently, we are able to post goods using NZ Post’s courier service – International Express. Parcels sent by International Express will reach destinations in 4-5 days from time of despatch. This service is more expensive than International Air Post. If you need your order urgently, please let us know and we will email you details of the extra postage charges.

 
Handling and Insurance Charge

All international orders incur a $NZ10 charge which covers all handling and insurance costs involved in processing and insuring each order. Your goods are fully insured against loss or damage from transit.

 
Overseas Custom Duties

Custom duties and tax may be levied on incoming parcels in many countries and payment of these levies is the customer’s responsibility. It is particularly important for customers in UK, Canada and Europe to be aware that these charges may occur.

Customers in any part of the world are advised to familiarise themselves with their country’s importation policies before they place an order.

 
Payment Terms

The product prices on our site are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of New Zealand sales tax (GST).

Payment by credit card is the usual and preferred means of payment that we accept from our customers throughout the world. However, our bank is unable to protect us against fraudulent card transactions so in order to protect ourselves from such transactions our directors have ruled that we are unable to accept credit card payments from several countries in Asia, Africa and Europe. Payments from these countries will only be accepted through a Western Union Money Transfer.

You will be advised by email if you need to pay by this method.

 
Delivery Problems

In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived after the estimated arrival times, please contact us. We will inform NZ Post to begin a trace. If your parcel is not traced within 3 months you will be compensated for the value of your purchases plus postage or if you prefer, replacement goods can be sent.

 
Exchange of Goods

NOTIFICATION of intent to return or exchange goods purchased should be made to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We will exchange or accept return goods provided that they are returned to us in original condition with all labels intact. However if you do wish to exchange or return goods you will be responsible for postage back to us and for additional costs to post any replacement goods. All return goods should be posted to:
